It’s free for providers and patients. Create an account here.
Provider accounts are free and take minutes to set up. After credential verification, you can start using the platform. Patient accounts are free and are created through a provider invite or plan link.
Providers create a free account, invite patients, and choose profit or no-profit settings. They build plans, order tests, and share education. Patients get a secure link to view plans, complete testing, and order supplements delivered to their door.
Providers use Fullscript to create supplement plans, order labs, share resources, and improve adherence. Patients use it to order recommended products, set up auto-refills, and access education.
Fullscript is a whole-person care platform that combines supplements, diagnostics, clinical decision support, and education in one place.
Check your account number. If it starts with CTC, you're using ChiroTouch Cloud. If not, you're on the server-based version.
