The easiest way to know if you are using server-based ChiroTouch or ChiroTouch Cloud is to look at your account number. If your account number starts with CTC, you are a Cloud Customer. If it does not, you are a server-based Customer.
If you cannot access the ChiroTouch Community for any reason and need to get in contact with support, you should call the support number of the service you are currently using.

CT ProClear
Patient data syncs between scheduling and billing modules, eliminating redundant data entry and reducing manual errors. Codes from providers’ SOAP notes link directly to the billing screen, and ERA files download automatically into ChiroTouch.
